BSOD before log off

I have an HP Pavillion laptop which is running Windows 7 Professional. After resetting to factory settings the Blue screen shows and I have the ZIP file attached for a solution. I have re-installed the OS but the Blue screen still exists.
Please help. Thanks.

Hi Doubtfire-

I suggest going to All Programs, Accessories. Right click on Command Prompt and select "run as administrator."

Type in SFC /scannow.

If it finds and fixes any problems, reboot and run it again.

Thank you for the light.
I followed your instructions and got " .. 100% ... did not find any integrity violations."
But when I logged off Blue screen again, then reboot by itself.
Awaiting for the next instructions.....

Would you run the DM again and post the new .zip file? The logs are for two weeks ago.

something really odd here,

event logs start at 2009 that motherboard wasnt sold before 2014, and with a 1TB SSD

No HP bloatware

running 8gb Ram - on a 32 bit system it only supports 4Gb, so it could be a RAM slot issue

can you run this tool copy/paste the output
