Since you say you updated the video driver, and still get a BSOD, a new .dmp file has been generated. I need to see that.Isn't that what I just ran? Do I run it again?
Everytime you get a new BSOD, you MUST re-run the DM Log Collector Tool and upload the new ZIP file.Isn't that what I just ran? Do I run it again?
You can't just replace one component of the video driver - that will lead to problems as you have seen.Essentially, I'm just replacing atikmdag.sys with the updated/newer file (just the one file, not the whole driver) but I'm not able to use any video features (my resolution is extremely poor, I can't duplicate displays, I can't adjust brightness, etc.)
