Hi jcrandall and Welcome.

Regards the Performance Monitor Report. Its perfmon /report not perfmon/report. See the space?

That's a lot of dumps and almost everyone of them blames a different system file or driver.
Try giving a scan with this
Malwarebytes
(the free version is sufficient)
There are also a few out of date drivers, it's late now I'll deal with that in the morning or maybe someone else will pick it up.

As Maguscreed said that's a lot of *.dmp files!!

As Mbam found so many bad guys, download TDSSKiller and run it in Safe Mode.

Attach your latest dump files to a post. Once you are sure the files have been uploaded properly you can empty your Minidump folder.

I ran the tsskiller program and it did not find anything. The computer now is dumping even in safe mode. I tried to download the dump files and it crashed before it could complete. It is definetly getting worse.

Hi! jcrandall, welcome to 7F :)

I took a look at your griff2 file and you have multiple errors.

  • PnP
  • MPTelemetry
  • CBS Log files
  • Windows update
At this point I do not want to suggest a clean re-install, but would it be possible to run a chkdisk?
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html

Then post back........

We may want to run a scf \scanow then:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Are you able to retrieve a smartdisk Health report from your HDD?

If you can boot into safe mode with networking you could use this link: Download Everest Home Edition 2.20 Free - Everest Home Edition - a freeware system information, system diagnostics and benchmarking solution - Softpedia to retrieve a health report.

Hi,
I ran both the system scan and the disk scan last night. The system scan reported that it was not able to repair all of the files. I turnd the computer back on this afternoon and attempted to run the system scan again. I wsa not able to complete the scan before it crashed. I then attempted to download the .dmp files. Same problem, before it could complete the task, it would crash. I attempted to reply on this forum in Firefox, but Firefox would crash. would do you think is causing all the problems? If the computer becomes stable, I will send the .dmp files and the health report. Am I looking at a reinstall of windows 7?

Before I went ahead and reloaded Windows, I gave the chkdsk another try. The system was stable all weeekend. I took the bold move and shut the computer down for an evening. When I started it back up I would get a couple BSOD and then it would stabilize. I have include my most recent dump files. If you can take a look at it and hopefully all I have is some driver causing all the problems.
Thanks for all the help, it has been greatly appreciated.
