BSOD caused by graphics card, or is there something else amiss?

I have been suffering from BSOD crashes for a while now and they seem to be really random. Sometimes my computer will give me BSOD on startup, can be several times in a row or just the once. Other times, my computer will have been on for a while and I will be in the middle of something when it crashes.
It seems to do it more often with the graphics card installed, hence my suspicions of there being something amiss there... I have uninstalled and reinstalled the card physically and done the same with the drivers. The drivers are up to date.
Can anyone help interpret the attached dump files and point me in the right direction?

Many thanks

Doug

If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop.
As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings. Also set the BIOS to default, too.
How To Clear CMOS (Reset BIOS)
Code:
MaxSpeed: 3000
CurrentSpeed: 3151

Processor may be overclocked!
Expected Frequency: 3000
Actual Frequency: 3151
Overclock Ratio: [color=red]1.05033[/color]

Start with uninstalling AVG first, it contributes to blue screens.
Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials & the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:

Asus Charger Driver [br] Likely BSOD cause (Uninstall with Free Revo Uninstaller)

   Note
Download and install Revo Uninstaller free from here:
Opt for "Advanced Mode" and uninstall the software (also delete the leftover registry entries).

Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+:
:info: Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial "If you have errors"
   Tip
  • :tip: Test the RAM with Memtest86+ for at least 7-10 passes. It may take up to 22 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold.

   Tip

If you have an SSD, make sure the following are up to date:

  1. SSD firmware
  2. BIOS Version
  3. Chipset Drivers
  4. Hard disk controller drivers/SATA drivers
  5. If you have a Marvell IDE ATA/ATAPI device, make sure the drivers are up to date from the Intel site or Marvell site and not from your motherboard/vendor support site.

Thanks to Writhziden for the steps above.
