Hi there

I am experiencing repeated crashes to BSOD and cannot understand why. The cause is described as kernel power.

I am pasting below the message when rebooting and the latest event viewer details. I am also attaching the minidump file.

Grateful for your help

Luca

Thanks a lot thedoctor, it seems to work for now - but how can I do without my favourite AV software? Am not sure about the degree of protection I'll get with Essentials and Malwarebytes... maybe you can advise

thanks again

Luca

At the moment we still recommend MSE and malwarebytes because they are still good at protecting systems.
You can try installing Kaspersky again or try their contact support page but I don't recommend it.
