Please help. I realize the Clock Interrupt BSOD has been covered many times, but I am unable to see any reasonable fix for this. I hope it's a software tweak, a driver problem, or even an OS reinstall. This is a crappy little laptop that I need to use since our Win10 Dell got stolen last week here in rural Mexico til I get home (retired). This BSOD occurs 1-2 per day. Been trying to remember to simply restart Windows everyday... which seems to help.
This machine is a weak older Toshiba Satellite, 3GB RAM, 75GB HD
My dump (zip) file is included in attachments

The BIOS dates 2006 which is 3 years before the release of Windows 7,
You are running an HP oem_slp on a Toshiba laptop,
Oem_slp is installed when Windows 7 is pre-installed what is not possible because the BIOS dates before the release.
This all makes your system counterfeit, per the forum rules we can't help you further.

Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.

Clean install a genuine copy of Windows 7 and provide a report of Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instruction to prove your installation is genuine. When you have proven to have a genuine installation we'll be happy to assist if still necessary :)
