BSOD closing Cubase 6.5.1

Getting a variety of blue screens, mostly system service exceptions with a few process has locked pages. Crash dumps are attached. BSOD occurs after closing application Cubase v 6.5.1 . C6 may either appear to close normally ( I get a desktop and can navigate to and operate in other applications and the internet) or it may go into wait state and hang there. If so, it cannot be ended in task manager. Then in either case if I attempt shut down, or just sit in wait state for a minute or so, I get a blue screen. BS only happens after running Cubase 6.5, otherwise startup, operation and shutdown proceed without incident. Also, prior to the 6.5 update, I was running version 6.0 without any problems. Drivers reported on the blue screens are ntoskrnl.exe and stdriver64.sys . This problem has been a forum topic at Steinberg for several weeks, and affects over a hundred reported users. Steinberg has not indicated if/when they would post a solution. Thanks in advance for any help you provide.

Related to stdriver64.sys stdriver.sys from NCH Software. I would remove or update to current version. Yours is from 2009

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
