BSOD Computer Crashes Frequently

Hi,

My computer specs are as follows, it has:


Dell inspiron 580
Intel i5-750
640GB SATAII Hard Drive
10.0GB Ram
1024MB nVidia GeForce GT 220
Dell 1525 Wireless-N Pcie Card
Windows 7 x64 SP1

I'm not sure what is causing the crash, but it crashes a lot when I use quickbooks.
