Hello, second thread I have created, this is a continuation of this thread which I marked as solved because I thought we had fixed my problem.

Previous conclusion: After many stress tests and driver tests/fixes, my video card was corrupting memory.

Here's the link to the previous thread if you need it.
http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/373157-bsod-playing-games-recording-6.html

What I have done: I sent my video card to the manufacturer to get it repaired, and they sent it back. So far, I've gotten significantly less blue screens, but I still get them from time to time. Please help me diagnose my computer. Thanks in advance.

dmlog minidump attached.

Hey there!
Code:
BugCheck 116, {fffffa800bc0f320, fffff880044fc848, 0, 2}

Probably caused by : atikmpag.sys ( atikmpag+b848 )

The problem is caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again and you should be good to go! This is the guide for DDU: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/367109-display-driver-uninstaller-how-use.html

Remember to remove Catalyst and only install the graphics driver.

So I didn't know how to only install the driver, so I used the catalyst to install the driver don't I need the catalyst install manager to install the driver?

Is there a reason I shouldn't have CCC? I thought it works with the driver.

Edit: If it's not okay to have CCC, can I just uninstall it or is it bad to be installed together with the driver?

Well, it's not recommended to have CCC. Run DDU again, when you are at the installer you'll see a few options related to CCC, untick those.

Alright, it's been done. Thanks a lot! Before I mark this thread as solved, I'll wait 2 weeks to see if my computer blue screens, just to be safe.

Hmmm

Not sure if I did it right, I uninstalled both, and I used the catalyst install manager to install the driver and I unchecked the CCC this time.

That's what I was supposed to do right?

Anyways, heres the dmp.

Edit: Wasn't sure if I was clear, but I'm using the older driver below. There's a newer driver, but I was told to use this driver from the previous forum post.
AMD Catalyst 14.4 WHQL (14.100.0.0 April 17)

Nononono, don't use an old driver, that's really bad.

It's not really bad, Arc is the one that told him that in his other thread,

http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/373157-bsod-playing-games-recording.html

Now it feels bad to me .... even a clean install cannot do anything good there.

Will spend a couple of attempts on the driver issues .... here is the first .....
Code:
fffff880`0753e208 fffff880`110cc920Unable to load image atikmdag.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys
[COLOR=Red]*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmdag.sys[/COLOR]
 atikmdag+0x3b920
Uninstall the installed display driver using Display Driver Uninstaller. Then install the CCC 14.4 WHQL only.

See how it goes. Report us for the next BSOD.

That driver has been shown to help when trying to get those R series cards stable.

Unfortunately I cannot. Maybe I'll try updating to the most recent driver and see how that works for a while.
