BSOD crash stop code 0x0000007A

Hey, first time poster here. For the past few months I've been getting ocassional BOSD errors, but these last couple of weeks they've become far too frequent for my liking. I realise that I should've dealt with this properly a while ago, but they did stop for about 3 weeks after I did a disk check, so I thought I'd solved the problem.

Here's my stop code in full: stop 0x0000007A (0x0000000000000020, 0xFFFFFFFFc000009D, 0xFFFFFA8005C687C8, 0x0000000000000000)

Any help really appreciated guys!

I read those but I can't get the grab all thing to work properly, do you know where I can find the minidump file to upload?

I tried to just do it manually but windows wouldn't let me copy the appropriate file from the minidump folder. Do I need to take ownership of any file I want to upload?

The default path is C:\Windows\Minidump

It's still not letting me upload it- do I need to log in as an administrator?

BTW, are you sure you can't help me with just the stop code?

Not really and yes run as administrator
The usual causes for that bug check:

STOP 0x0000007A: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR
Usual causes: Memory, Paging file corruption, File system, Hard drive,
Cabling, Virus infection, Improperly seated cards, BIOS, Bad motherboard,
Missing Service Pack

If I get full reports, I would be able to point out at few stuffs.

Try uploading your msinfo file:
To get this:

• Click on the Start rb:
• Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box
• When it opens, go to File, Save
• Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember
• Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info
• Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder
• Upload the .zip file here.

Okay, I'm posting what I can combine with your Bug check and your msinfo. file.

Suggestions:

Start Menu\Programs\McAfee	Public:Start Menu\Programs\McAfee	Public
Start Menu\Programs\Norton Online Backup	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Norton Online Backup	Public
Start Menu\Programs\Spybot - Search & Destroy	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Spybot - Search & Destroy	Public

You're using McAfee, which is a known cause to BSoDs. Please uninstall it using the
→ McAfee Removal Tool.

If the removal tool does not help: try uninstalling with Revo Uninstallers Advanced Mode
(registry leftover)

Also remove Spybot S&D, it's good at finding things but is known to corrupt the system. (uninstall
using revo)

Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials, make a full scan once updated.
It's a great combination with Malware Bytes.

In addition, Run this tool and delete anything it finds:
→ Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller

Also suggest you to uninstall Norton Online Back-up, please use the default windows back up system

Check Windows for integrity corruption. Run the System File Checker up to three times
to fix all errors with a restart in between each.

Reseat the Sata & Power then run Disk Check again,

Thanks very much, I'll try this. Do I definitely have to uninstall mcafee, as I just renewed my subscription.... :-/

Uninstall it, at least to test. If we know it wasn't creating a problem,
you can install it back later.
