BSOD crash while play aion/youtube, error 0x00000116

Well at first i got it while playing aion and then it just started poping out when watching videos or doing other similar stuff. Here is the info: Windows 7 32bit, OEM install, age of hardware is around 4 years only the graphics card has been changed which was done like almost 2 years ago.

Also I remember seeing in the BSoD the file thats causing it i think is nvlddmkm.sys

Thank you for the links. It helped a little to understand the problem better and I think it might be my video card. Since I don't have a spare one or any of my friends do so i could check if its really it I was wondering might you confirm that from the info I gave you in those files or its not possible? Thanks.

If you could properly fill out your system specs(bottom left of your post, click on "My system specs", then click on "update system specs") and tell us exactly what you have done in the way of troubleshooting we may be able to give you a little more guidance.
