Shows up randomly, even at idle. Sometimes when chrome is opened with a few tabs, sometimes on desktop, can't really find the cause.

I have tried malwarebytes and adwcleaner, didn't find anything;
tried disabling hibernation,
disabled hardware acceleration in chrome,
did elevated sfc /scannow,
checkdisk with no errors.
I tried PSU test in OCCT to see if it overheats, but hardly hits 68-70°C (~158°F) and does not bsod.
Tried memtest+ from pendrive, over 11 passes, no errors.
Tried hdtune performance test, didn't bsod, looks normal.
Tried crystaldisk info health check, was green.

I'm gonna try driver verifier thingy now, but I am slightly confused as to how it works and have lost all hope.
Any help would be appreciated greatly.

I did malwarebytes full scan instead of superantispyware, because I already had it installed. I will try superantispyware tomorrow.
Eset online scan found one JS/TrojanDownloader.HackLoad.AG in mail inbox, and removed it. I'm not sure if the file was there yesterday or earlier tough, or was downloaded today while updating mail, or if it was executed, ever, or just sitting in an attachement hoping for someone to run it.
