BSOD d1 when coming out of sleep mode, + possibl excel. Lapt restarts.

Hi! I am new to the forum but I hope that you will help me with my BSOD problem.
Last week I got the first BSOD when I was working and testing VB/macros in Excel, and the laptop (Asus U46S SSD) restarted itself afterwards. The same thing happened this week, but now as it was when coming out of sleep mode the bluescreen came.
From the instructions on how to post the BSOD threads, these are the info files:

It appears to be very old.
Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, follow option two to search for the appropriate driver for your system automatically, and install it.

I have now updated the drivers for NVIDIA. Had one more BSOD right after that, before I had done anything with the web-cam. And then the crash repeated itself in the middle of windows startup. So in fear of loss of data, I just deactivated the webcam.
Is this temporary solution sufficient for avoiding more crashes?
And what third party program to run the cam would you suggest? Should I then activate the webcam again, with its drivers?

Cyberlink YouCam is a very popular and good working program, but it is not free. I am not aware of a free one, but I am trying to search, please give me some time

Hi again, and thank you for your reply.
Even though my webcam is disabled my computer would not start today. When the windows loading screen has been up for maybe 2 seconds it goes to BSOD and restarts and the same thing happens. So now I cannot enter the computer at all. ( And the windows repair mode only freezes.
One time when I tried to boot from an external harddrive (with windows installed) the same thing happened.
One of the times I have tried a different bluescreen/message appared and stayed on the screen (attached).

Please help me, as I need the computer badly in these midterm times.

Boot into http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/69585-safe-mode.html and disable driver verifier.

Then restart and boot normally again. It will boot fine. Then collect the dumps as per Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions . Post those for us.

Can you tell us what is the bugcheck code of the other screen? Was it C4? It is a necessary information.

Safe mode does'nt work either. When I boot into safe mode the bluescreen flashes right after the safe mode loading window has dissappeared. Can't read anything. I am not sure about the bugcheck code, but now, I think the flash is only the screenshot posted above.

Yes, but Safe Mode does not work.
I have tried all mentioned ways in your link on Safe Mode. None of them gets into windows, or even to the command prompt line option. The blue screen flashes, OR the windows loading banner freezes.
Should I change to another harddrive, which has windows installed? Is it possible to fix the problem in the SSD (which is in the laptop now) when it is in an external cabinet?

Hi,
I remembered that I had an additional ram device of 4gb installed. I removed it now, and the laptop booted perfectly.
Could this be the sole reason for the bsods? Or together with the webcam drivers (which however were disabled) I was told that the added RAM should be compatible, type CORSAIR 4GB DDR3 1333MHZ SO-DIMM . I have attached the dump collection from the latest crash.

Yes, that is the latest in windows-crash. Since then, windows has not loaded at all, until now (as written above).
