It appears you are running Clean command from the OS on the disk you're trying to wipe. You'll need to boot into the installer Command Line as shown in the tutorial provided to access DISKPART At PC Startup.

All other HD's and peripherals should be unplugged, and should have been unplugged during all repair attempts.

Please read over all information and tutorials closely and ask back any questions before proceeding.

@OP glad to hear that. Hope the BSoD problems have gone forever.

Remember to keep only one antivirus: thats Microsoft security essentials.
For additional security, keep the free version of Malware bytes.
