Solved BSOD different codes caused by ntkrnlmp.exe

Hello
I have a

Mother Board: M4A88T-V evo/usb (I have checked the capacitors the board looks fine)
Raid Max RX-730SS power supply 720 W (Haven't had any problems however if I try to connect a third HDD with my blue ray, ssd and first HDD my computer wont start)
Main Hardrive Samsung 120 Gig SSD 830 series (This is my third SSD my two other OCZ SSD's died)
Hard Drive One: 1Tb Seagate Baracuda
Hard Drive Two:2 Tb Seagate Baracuda MD001-1CH164
CPU: AMD|PH II X6 1090T 3.2G AM3 RT
RAM:MEM 2Gx2|CORSAIR CMX4GX3M2B2000C9 R

Self build two years ago

I started getting BSOD about a month ago. I thought nothing of a few but then they became more frequent. Eventually my computer was crashing regularly to the point I would be doing work and it was crashing time and time again in a 24 hr period. I noticed that after it crashed I would need to either repair boot or or boot into safe mode before it would boot normally again. But even at that it almost always crashed within a hour or two.
I ran memtest 64+ for 8 passes
and windows memory diagnostic without a single error
I uninstalled avast but nothing changed.
Eventually I reinstalled windows and everything was running fine until I installed skype.
So I uninstalled skype but needed windows fix to do it as I couldn't uninstall without running the fix. The blue screens were not as frequent and generaly I can boot into windows directly after I have one now. But when I run windows debugger it points to ntkrnlmp.exe .This was one of the errors I was getting before but I was getting many more different error codes now this seems to be the one coming up.
I generaly haven't been having as many problems then I ran chkdsk on my hard drive (not the one I am running OS from) at 20% it crashed twice so I ran defrag and it went through the whole process without crashing. Then I ran sfc/scannow and at a certain point in the beggining it crashed. I bought a new hard drive disconnected my old one and ran sfc/scanow again it went for longer but then crashed again.

I am at the end of my rope I am in finals and have a lab report due.

Uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Some Disc/file system errors are also there. Do some disc checks.

  1. Update your SSD's Firmware (Skip it, if it is not a SSD)
  2. Re-seat the sata and power.
  3. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
  4. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
    Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.
As the antivirus failed, for safety reason, scan the system for possible virus infection.

Let us know the results.

Thanks for your time and the quick reply.
I uninstalled Avast. When rebooting to complete the unistall it crashed.
I then installed Microsoft Security Essentials and ran a scan.
When I downloaded MalwareBytes it crashed a couple times and then again when I tried to run a scan. Here are the dumps I am now running a scan using malware bytes seems to be working right now.

Thanks again for the help.
So I ran all the test you told me too.
I uninstalled avast.
Installed windows Security essentials and MBam then scanned my system using both of them found two alerts and deleted both of them with MBAM.
I checked the firmware for my SSD and it was up to date.
I then ran chkdsk/f/r which came back clean
then i downloaded sea tools and ran the scan came back clean.
I also used anti rootkit which came back clean.
I am waiting until tonight to do the windows defender boot.
Things seemed to be going well then the system crashed again.
Ill post the mini dump.

I will run Defender tonight and post if anything comes up.

Hi Ryan, congrats that you have performed all those hard process nicely, but it is very bad that it crashed again. What is even bad that it is showing the Ntfs error again :(

Just thought I'd give you a update.
I ran windows defender offline from mt boot and it came back clean. However the first time I ran it, it came back with a error. Upon another boot it ran the fulls scan and was clean. After I ran it the computer crashed several times some right after a crash and it even crashed trying to enter safe mode which hadn't happened before. I ran boot repair and it booted into windows but there were no words under tghe icons and I couldn't click on anything. The mouse would move though. I'm really sorry i forgot to mention I have a small video card Radeon HD 5450. Thought at first it might be the problem and then I removed it and I still had the same problem so I don't think it is. All the drivers are up to date I re-installed them when i did the fresh install.

I ran the Furmark test and it came back fine.
Then I tried to run the prime 95 test and almost immediately my computer crashed.
I thought it might be coincidence but then I tried to run it two more times and immediately it crashed. I ran it once from safe mode and it crashed again.

I am going to run memtest 85 again tonight. I ran it before and it went 8 passes clear with two sticks in but I will try it with one stick now.

I am uploading the screen shot as well as more minidumps.
A bizarre thing happened after one of the crashes the date and time in windows was changed to 5 days in the future and one hour back.
when the computer crashes now it is crashing 5 or six times back to back when booting.

Everything seems to be nice.

You uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials. Then run the Windows Defender Offline one more time, irrespective of the result. Then reinstall a fresh downloaded copy of Microsoft Security Essentials. There must be some problems with either any virus or the virus scanner itself.

And, it is giving some hardware error.

Do the hardware tests I suggested, and upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

I ran the hardware tests you asked for again and uploaded the MSINFO file. There was a reboot during the prime 95 test but no bluescreen. I ran the memtest 85 last night for both sticks of RAM individually in slot 1 with no errors. I will do the other slot tonight. I ran windows defender it came back clean and reinstalled a fresh downloaded copy of MS Security essentials.

Ryan, let us go for another thing... enable driver verifier.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Thanks for all the help. My computer hasn't crashed in 3 days. And I have been running verfier for the past day and it hasn't crashed. I am gona wait a couple days but I think the issue might be solved. Hopefully.
