Solved BSOD, driver failure code. can not get any farther

So I first tried the SF diagnostic tool and it says an unhandled exception has occurred click continue.. and then it goes no where.
Anyway Dell zps 17 win 7 64 - I got the BSOD this morning for the first time. ( I found the mini dump logs and it said it happened a few days ago as well.
So the code was 0x000000D1 dells page is saying thats a driver failure. I found the mini dump files it left behind, I just dont know what to do with them. I cant find a way to open .dmp files and really dont want to set my computer back to factory settings to try to resolve this. I was trying to zip them with winrar to send them to a friend for some help but it said my access was denied.
Can someone please help, ive spent hours on this today and have gotten no where thanks

Your BSoD was caused by McAfee. Please uninstall it. (Its a known cause of BSoDs)
:ar: McAfee uninstaller tool

Download and install MSE. Run a full scan once updated.

And that should be the end of problems.

It seems to be working fine now. I know its only been a day but im optimistic.
