BSOD Driver Power State Failure - sleep mode?

Started experiencing BSOD failures about 3 weeks ago. Just occasionally at first, then with increasing frequency. Only seems to happen when I leave the computer alone for awhile, when it should go into sleep mode. Sometimes it does; other times it hits the BSOD.

I've tried System Restore, but it hasn't helped (probably the earliest restore point was still after the problem started). I also looked at the Device Manager; no reported problems.

Another thing that's been happening with increasing frequency: the Bluetooth radio seems to keep turning itself on and off. This may or may not be related. I've checked Bluetooth drivers and they're up to date.

Any help or suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!

Could you upload a kernel dump (C:\Windows\memory.dmp) to a 3rd party uploader (dropbox, onedrive, etc.) and post a share link in your next reply.

Thank you very much :)
Please update your bluetooth drivers, they look to be the cause.

Thanks so much! I've reinstalled the updated bluetooth drivers; hoping that'll be the end of it. Fingers crossed. :)

Alas, the computer suffered another BSOD earlier this evening.

What I've done so far: Uninstalled Thinkpad Bluetooth 4.0 and Microsoft Bluetooth Enumberator using the Device Manager. Downloaded latest drivers and reinstalled.

New file below. I've also attached a new zip file.

Did you check Lenovo for bluetooth drivers?
The bluetooth drivers date didn't change.

Yes; I downloaded the driver direct from Lenovo's page. The driver showed as updated in Device Manager both before and after I reinstalled it.

The version on Lenovo's page is: 6.5.1.4500, which matches the version I have installed. Screenshot attached.

Thanks again for your help!

Nothing, at present. (In fact, last night I disabled it just to see if that will help anything.) The only thing I've used it for is bluetooth speakers.

What speakers do you have?
Any chance they use drivers or something?
