Hello everyone, I've been having problems and to sum it all up here's the situation

- I ran a Windows 7 on a Fujitsu Laptop

- I have random blue screens

- Almost everytime I shut down the laptop normally, it will stuck in shutting down

- I think my problem is in hardware cause it's been happening ever since I use this Focusrite 2i2. It works fine in between these crashes but I think it's where the trouble is coming from. I know this because I've tried all solution online for everything. And in SIGVERIF it says that focusriteusbwroot.sys is not digitally signed (I don't know what that means and what to do with that)

- Sfc/Scannow didn't report anything wrong

- There are one "Unknown Devices" in device manager, which I can't search for the updates via "Search automaticly for updates"

- I'm depressed, I get these blue screens when I recording something important with people

- All the solution I read didn't work for me. So I finally made an account and post

please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please help me solve this guys... seriously please...

and pardon my bad english if it's hard to understand.

Hi

please check your settings using this guide

and ensure you have disabled power saving mode for USB devices:

In the device manager (Start > Control Panel > System and Security > System > Device Manager), in the Universal Serial Bus controllers section, right click each USB Root Hub, choose Properties > Power Management and untick the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power option.

USB Power

If using a Laptop, it could also be worth checking the general power management of your computer:
Go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Power Options.
Set the Power Scheme to High Performance (if this setting is not available, click on Show additional plans first). Then click on Change plan settings. On the next page set both Turn off the display and Put the computer to sleep to Never.

Power Options

Then click Change advanced power settings. In the window that opens make sure you have the following settings:
Hard disc > Turn off hard disk after > Setting (Minutes) = Never
Sleep > Sleep after > Setting (Minutes) = Never
USB settings > USB selective suspend setting > Setting = Disabled
Display > Turn off display after > Setting (Minutes) = Never
Processor power management > Minimum processor state > Setting = 100%
Processor power management > Maximum processor state > Setting = 100%

the BSOD report will tell us how/whats wrong with the unknown device

I'm sorry for not doing this in the first place. But I've done it now.
And now I will give the WeTransfer link

WeTransfer

But even though the dm log collector said that the zip file are ready to upload to the forum, there are none found in my desktop, only this txt files. And the other one I get vie MS_Info32.bat or CHKDSK_Extract (kinda forgot)

Am I doing it right??

Hey man thanks for the solusion, I downloaded it. and now every startup it asks me to run it or not. And I choose Run.

And actually ever since yesterday I have not experiencing any BSOD, but there's a new problem. First is a audio issue, like a glitches or crackling sounds, I posted the problem in this thread:

Windows 7 random constant crackling sounds problem

And now, everytime I plugged in my soundcard (focusrite 2i2) there's NO SOUND at all .

I don't understand why is this happening, when windows asks me in startup to run or cancel the new USB driver, I've tried to choose Run or Cancel and same result happens, no sounds at all when I plugged in my soundcard.

Is this normal? do you know how this is happen or how to fix it ?
