Hi,

i got my notebook (MSI GE60) a month ago and since then i'm experiencing BSOD. It doesn't happen regularly. Sometimes it happens twice a day, sometimes nothing happens for 2 days .

Below i attached the dump files.

two things, first Uninstall Daemon tools and then run this program:

Duplex secure

when you run the tool if the uninstall box is greyed out then your done If it is not then click it and let it uninstall. DO NOT click the install button It will install a Driver known to cause BSODs.

Second I notice that your video card driver (which is what the crash dumps are blaming as the problem) Is one of the drivers from the Dec 29 batch there are two things you can try, seeing if there is another update, I have heard tell that there is a beta driver that might solve the problem, or you can install an older driver and see if it fixes things. the drivers can be found here.

Your graphics driver seems to be causing some problems, it is best to update to the latest driver, using the link provided by Dsprague, if they have found the correct driver for your card.
  1. Download Driver
  2. Start :orb: Type: Device Manager
  3. Expand Display Adapters
  4. Right-Click Driver Name, Uninstall
  5. Reboot
  6. Run Driver Sweeper
  7. Reboot
  8. Install Downloaded Driver
Driver Sweeper will scan for any left over files from the old driver, old driver files can cause conflicts with new driver installations. Create a System Restore point beforehand, in case any problems or issues arise.
