Bsod driver_state_failure

Keep getting this like once a month, as much as i researched is caused by drivers, but what really bugs me off is that application who analyzes the dumps says that it's caused by unknown 0x0000000 module

Things i tried and didn't work:
-reinstalling windows
-fully formatting drive, removing all partitions and so on and installing fresh windows

I think it's either Hdd/RAM or some other hardware fault, or maybe some faulty driver because everytime i reinstall windows i use same drivers from HP website.
