Solved BSOD due to driver ntkrnlpa.exe

I appreciate any help or direction you can provide me regarding this blue screen. It occurs when I attempt to put my PC to sleep.

Well this is confusing ....

The service tag ... points to a dell laptop....

where as the doing !sysinfo on your dmps... shows that its a desktop ...

It is a DELL Dimension 9150 Desktop. The service tag on the support site has a laptop photo with a description XPS 400/Dimension 9150. I am not sure why.

no problem

the BSOD all were caused due a power failure on usbhub.sys.....

Now this could be any device connected to your usbport.... i am try to find that out in the dumps...

but the posted system logs are only till 2012-06-29 .

Please go to event viewer directly and right click on the system logs and save it as .evtx file as shown below and upload here

hmmm

Most of the error do point to ipodservice as well as bonjour (iTunes) during the time of the crash....you would need to reinstall itunes for this...

But there are these device connected to your usb also

1. WD External HDD

2. USB Mouse

3. USB Keyboard

4. Logitech Mike

5. Scanner (though this is disabled)

To hold the IRP for a long time... I am leaning more towards the WD or iPod... though the in logs at one time the error was also caused by the USB keyboard as well...

so you need to tell me during the BSOD what device where you using .... or in other words what were you doing ?? Answering this would help us narrow down the suspect.

I uninstalled iTunes and only plugged in my necessary usb devices. It is now successfully sleeping!
