Hi,
Recently over the past 2 weeks or so, BSOD with the error 0x116 due to atikmpag.sys has been happening very frequently (almost once per startup).
BSOD related to AMD drivers have been happening once in awhile ever since I've gotten the PC (almost 2 years old) but it's happening very frequently, sometimes within minutes upon booting up and sometimes during gaming sessions.
If this helps, my monitor also blacks out within a couple minutes of booting up, and no image is displayed until I restart my monitor, which I believe is due to the display driver failing.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the most recent AMD drivers (16.1) to no avail, any help is much appreciated.
EDIT : it also appears if the BSOD does not occur within a few minutes of booting up, there will be no BSOD for the entire session until the next startup.
