Solved BSOD error mainly while watching videos, sometimes randomly.

If you get rid of RemoveWAT and apply your legal Key we can see what the new report looks like, and advise on that

Alright guys. It's been a while since I've posted so I'll explain.

The BSOD's stopped all of sudden guys. They just completely stopped and I did nothing to make them stop. This happened about a day after you guys told me to get a valid key to activate Windows and they just completely stopped and I resumed my every day activities on my computer as if nothing ever happened. That's why I never posted back and that's why I didn't bother to reformat windows and get a legal key from my dad. All of a sudden, as of 2 days ago, they started again. The weird thing was that they built up really slowly. They would get more frequent as more happened. So I finally had the last straw and asked my dad to put a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate onto a Flash Drive and I booted from my USB and reformatted today actually. Then I used one of his legal keys from his company and it also worked. So now Windows is fully Genuine and activated. The BSOD's are as frequent as before even with the reformat. I think this is a hardware problem now, but I don't know much so I'll leave it up to you guys.

Here is my MGADiag report.

Exactly. My dad is a Software Engineer for California Software and he has a membership to MSDN. Why/How would it make sense for me to buy a different key that isn't straight from Microsoft's website? That makes no sense. What else do I have to do to prove to you guys that I got the key from my dad? Do I have to take a picture with him holding his Laptop logged in to MSDN? I certainly am not entitled to use it, but my dad is and does. It's my only option.

Activate it again using your existing key. If the online activation does not work, the phone activation must work. I personally followed Noel's instructions about activation over phone, it worked.

Oh give me a break. Who would be stupid enough to not use your father's keys that his company gets from MSDN? No one. If anyone put themselves in my shoes they would use the key and do the same. I'm using the resources around me. I don't see what the problem is besides the fact that I am not an MSDN user. Windows is genuinely activated and that problem is out of the way now. If you don't want to help me out, just let me know now and stop wasting time because I'm not going to buy Windows 7 Ultimate for 270+ dollars. I'll just try to find somewhere else to go. Also, sorry if I sound rude but that is not my intention. I'm trying to be straight-forward.

Your father's MSDN subscription could be cancelled without refund, if MS was to fully enforce the terms of his contract with them - did you think of that?
