The License type for Windows that shows in your report is one which is ONLY valid on machines which shipped from the manufacturer's with the OS pre-installed.
There is an Activation Exploit present which basically fools windows into thinking the system is properly activated.

There are two problems with this
1) It's illegal
2) Many such hacks are installed together with other stuff - some of which are malware, and which may successfully hide from the OS and any installed security software. The hacks themselves are written with varying degrees of expertise - and some cause instability.

The integrity of the system cannot therefore be guaranteed - this is why we always recommend a reformat and reinstall in such cases.

If you bought this machine with the OS pre-installed, you should demand a refund from the vendor.
If you bought the OS from somewhere, you should demand a refund from the vendor.

It's likely that if the vendor is an online one, they will have 'skipped town' or been forcibly closed down.
You should also report the piracy to Microsoft, and to eBay/PayPal/Amazon/Craigslist if any of them were involved with the purchase.
