BSOD every 2 hours regardless of idle or under load

Hello,

Hopefully someone can help me out. I seem to get a BSOD about every 2 hours now in my Windows 7 Ultimate x64 OS. It started out less frequent (1x per day), but over time has increased in occurrence. Here is the event viewer info for the latest crash:

Strange. I received the hard drive already loaded with the OS. I assumed it was legit. What are my options for purchasing an authentic license? Do I have to upgrade to Windows 8.1? Can I buy Windows 7 and download a license key from Microsoft.com?
