Remove Gigabyte EasyTune, Gigabyte Easy Saver and 360 security guard/360 Security Center, they caused BSODs

Upgrade your Bluetooth Bluesoleil software, you have an obsolete version
http://www.bluesoleil.com/
   Information
Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

Downloda Malwarebytes
Update it then run a system scan
Code:
sptd.sys 0x83e29000 0x83f22000 0x000f9000 0x4bbd3138 08/04/2010 05:28:24

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 9efb0b43, The address that the exception occurred at

You will still have these issues unless you remove that Gigabyte Easytune and that 360 program

Malwarebytes is an antimalware, you should not remove it as it enhances your current protection
