BSOD Every Now And Then

I've been getting the BSOD Stop error every couple of weeks it seems for some time now. I recently read that I could actually read the dump files using WinDbg which I already had installed on my machine. However, since this is my first time trying to understand those dump files, I'm not quite sure what the problem is. It seems like it may be ntoskrnl.exe, but I cannot be too sure. Below is one version of the dump, although they all look the same to me. Does anyone have any ideas? If it is ntoskrnl.exe (a system file), does anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks in advance.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002ac10b6, address which referenced memory

Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

I would do the following:

Run a system file check (sfc /scannow0

Download memtestx86 and run it for 5 five.
