KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)

STOP 0x0000001E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Usual causes: Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS

Firstly, please remove Tuneup Utilities, Window 7 does not require these programs
and they may do more harm than good.

Also please uninstall Norton 360/Symantec as they are contributing to your BSOD's:

Faulting drivers: IDSvia64.sys, EX64.SYS, ENG64.SYS, SRTSP64.SYS.
Refers to: Norton Internet Security / Symantec/ Norton NIS/ Symantic real time storage protection
Please run the :ar: Norton Removal Tool and remove all Norton / Symantec programs.

As an alternative, please download and install:

:ar: Microsoft Security Essentials.
Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antiviruses/internet security software.

   Note
Once downloaded, update and run a full system scan

Your storage drivers are also showing faulting:

Code:
Driver: [COLOR=red]iaStor.sys[/COLOR]
Refers to: Intel Storage drivers
Dated: Sat Nov 06 07:44:52 [COLOR=red]2010[/COLOR]

start end module name
fffff880`01096000 fffff880`011ea000 [COLOR=red] iaStor[/COLOR]

Check Intel, using the update utility: :ar: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

Alternatively if no update available, download and install this version:

:ar: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194
   Note
Choose the iata_enu.exe file

Run some Tests:

Run SFC to check the integrity of all Windows 7 system files:
  • Click on Start > Type in search cmd
Right-click cmd after results are displayed and Run as Administrator
Type SFC /scannow at the prompt
(Note: There is a space between SFC and /scannow)
:ar: SFC Tutorial

   Note
Select option two. If any problems are found, run the scan 3 times and immediately
reboot the computer after each scan.

Test your memory:

I would firstly try re-seating the RAM, ensure they are free from dust, and seated properly.
Then run memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

   Tip
Run these tests overnight, pay particular attention to #3 in tutorial if errors occur

Post back any results.

Cheers

Dave
