BSOD Few times a day 0x000000c9 (dumps inside)

Hello all,
First time posting here so let me know if I'm doing anything wrong.

So I have been having BSOD pretty regularly after a recent erase and install of Windows 7. At first it started off my keyboard would stop responding and I would have to restart my computer. The thing about that is it would hang at 'shutting down" and not do anything. Now I'm getting BSOD with mostly the same errors about twice a day with the keyboard thing. I tried using Verifier but it keeps crashing before it gets into windows. I'm attaching the dump logs from the SF Diag tool.

Hi GenericHero, welcome to SF .

I can relate as Iwas experiencing pretty much the same things you are that is why when going through
the dumps the picture painted in my head was a dying motherboard, which is what I had .

How old are the components?

Everything minus the HDDs and Graphics card are probably around 5-6 years old.. Good news is I am in the process of a new build that should be done by the end of the year. I was hoping it wasn't something hardware as I was going to give this one to my brother. If you have any ideas keep my updated.
