If anyone can help me...please.
I even tried tech support. (worthless)
Will BS and restart for no apparent reason.
I've tried everything I know, and it is not good enough.
Thanks. :]
Additonal Info:
-I bought a computer on black friday, it would BSOD over and over, and I couldn't figure it out so I exchanged it....this computer is doing the exact same thing. ANd there's no real way I can narrow it down with my (lack of) abilities/knowledge.

I was dreading that it was related to my M-Audio equipment/driver.
I currently use that as my audio driver, which outputs from usb to the equipment then through my TV....and that's where I do my guitar and vocal recording with....sigh.
If this is the problem, it's probably nothing I can work with right? M-Audio would have to update their driver???

But I'm running Microsoft Security Essentials. No point paying for an antivirus with equal caliber.

I did find this though:
http://forums.m-audio.com/showthread.php?15898-Fast-Track-Ultra-amp-Windows-7-x64-any-problems

So I'm going to try and disable sleep mode. :]

Edit: I'm going to keep my sleep mode on but I'm going to disable "USB selective suspend setting" first. If it still Blue screens, I'll try just eliminating sleeping all together.
