BSOD for the last two weeks whenever I boot the computer.

Hi experts,

So my PC has gotten into BSOD for the last two weeks. Whenever I start to boot the computer, it gives me 2 options: Launch Startup Repair or Start Windows Normally. Since both of them are not working, I tried F8 and boot into Safe Mode with Networking, still no success. So I choose Boot from the last success attempt and it works. But I don't know what the cause of it, so here's the file.

JassonTan98, I will try to help you. First thing is find an external hard drive or use DVD Disks and back up all of your personal information. Your documents, pictures, Music and Videos. You can do that from Safe mode or http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/93347-copy-paste-windows-recovery-console.html After doing that.

Boot into safe mode and with command prompt open an elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know. if that doesn't help,

Run startup repair http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/681-startup-repair.html . You may have to run it 3 times with attempted boots in between each time. If that does not work,

If you are overclocking anything, set it to default values. Boot into bios and go to the boot tab and make sure your Hard drive is seen there, next find your sata configuration and see what it is set to (IDE, AHCI or RAID) Look and make sure your graphics card is seen there. Your bios will tell you how, just look at the options there, but load optimized defaults (it is usually F5), you will probably get a confirmation message, accept it and load defaults. Go to your sata configuration, set it to what it was set to before when you looked. Set your boot order, from the boot tab. Make your DVD drive the first boot option and your Hard drive as second boot option. Save and exit.
