BSOD/Freez with x64_0x124_genuineintel_processor_mae

Hi!
i recently build my pc and im having this random freezes
i tried to see when this freezes/bsod occour and it seems they are mostly when i'm watching some videos with flash

i've stress tested the cpu with prime95, memory with memtest und gpu with furmark
i reinstalled windows 7 completely just to be sure and didnt install anything except chrome
the same random freeze happened

i installed the windbg and this is the dmp
the zip file from the dm log collector and a screenshot from bluescreenviewer is also attached
as far as i can tell genuine intel can only be about the cpu
but i dont know if it is the cpu itself or a bad driver?

hopefully someone of you can help me

i tried sfc /scannow and chkdsk and both came up with no errors
also uploaded my minidump, i forget it earlier

Welcome to the 7forums.

The 0x124 is usually caused by hardware problems, but could also being caused by driver problems, overclocking, BIOS problems and rarely software.
Looking at the stack you posted the intelppm driver is where it begins, this is likely a driver problem with your CPU as the intelppm is the CPU driver.
Please check Intel for driver updates for your CPU.

i just checked the homepage but didnt find anything
so i installed the intel driver update utility but the programm didnt find any driver either

i also installed the intel processor diagnostic tool and it ran some tests which all passed


i've been trying different things in the last 10 hours
there are 32gb (4x8 Gb) ram installed so i took 3 out and let it run through memtest und and also in windows in prime95
since then i havent had any freezes anymore, even when watching anything related with the flash player

i've been thinking that maybe there is a problem with the compatibilty of the memory and the quad channel of my board? or maybe my PSU 630w be quiet pure power doesnt have enough power for the cpu and my amd fury that is installed
could this also be? or is still probably the cpu since the dump hinted to intel

What memtest have you done?

Please open CPU-Z, make screenshots of the Mainboard, Memory and SPD tabs and post them.
In the SPD tab -> screenshots of every slot.
