Solved BSOD - Frequent occurrences (1-2 times a week)

Hello all,

I've had BSOD errors for a while now. Sometimes it's once a month, sometimes it's a couple of times a week. It's never anything specific that triggers it: For instance, this time it happened when I plugged in the USB for the mouse. Before this, it was clicking on the Google Chrome icon.

I'm attaching the zip file with the info (from the posting instructions). I would really appreciate any help, I have no idea what's causing this.

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including BSODs.
