Hi,

I recently installed an USB 3.0 Pci-e card in order to use an external HDD with USB 3.0

I get frequent BSOD that show the driver mentioned in the title as the culprit.

I need to keep the USB 3.0 option because of the speed (USB 2.0 is too slow)

Any help will be appreciated. Please find attached the ZIP file

Thanks

Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:
Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
  • Click on the :orb:
  • Type CMD on Search
  • Left click and Run as Administrator
  • Type SFC /scannow

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

I removed many startup programs,

The System File Checker completed with no errors
The drives were tested with their manufacturer's test tools and did not report any error
SeaTools did not report any error using the short tests. It could not test the G drive (not compatible)

I have attached the Crystal Disk Info screenshots for the boot drive (C) and the drive connected to the USB 3 port (G)

The BSOD happens occasionally, so I'll report if it happens again.

Regards
