BSOD happening during any task on laptop.

Hello , my girlfriend owns an ASUS laptop and she has been getting BSOD at random times doing random things like browsing or writing in wordpad. I compiled the dumps as instructed by the forum for you guys.

She hopes you can help out, as I am clearly not experienced enough to help her. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately the report folder you uploaded is almost empty and we will need more files and information about the laptop and system specs, normally when the DM-log collector runs it has collected in the end at least 19 text files, 1 nfo file and a couple of dmp files, so please try to run the tool again!

I am really following them 100%, since the first failed attempt. Any idea what can be wrong? Any alternatives? The programs is running and zipping the thing but it comes to you empty
