BSOD happens mostly on FF14, has happened while streaming Evo

Your gonna hate me but i have no clue how to do that either lol. Please let me know and i will do it ASAP.

The file wouldn't upload to SevenForums because it was too large.
I'd suggest (in the future) using a free service like Dropbox or SkyDrive

This one is from the 18th and it still shows the USB XBox controller as installed.
Have you uninstalled the software and physically removed the device from your system?

yes i uninstalled it and it BSOD on me. So i just installed it back. i can uninstall it again no problem.

Uninstall the software
Then physically remove the device from the system

If the system get's another BSOD after that, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings.
