I am running Windows 7 Home Premium x64 on a 2 year old Alienware M15x. It continues to BSOD primarily when running uTorrent program, but also at any time that I begin using a high amount of bandwidth by streaming video.

The OS is the OEM image that came from Dell/Alienware and was just reinstalled about 3 months ago due to the same BSOD issue. I ran a full memory diagnostic and HD diagnostic and both returned clean. I do not have these reports and can rerun them if necessary.

Attached is my BSOD files and Perfmon file in a .zip format as requested.

These were related to NETIO.SYS and when this happens it is usually related to a malware app. That being the case I would remove and replace your McAfee with Microsoft Security Essential at least to test. I would also update the below drivers.

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

I just wanted to say thank you zigzag3143. I had updated the drivers many times through windows update, but after following your advice, I have not had a BSOD in the last 5 days. I do believe your suggestions were a solution to my problems.
