BSOD in Sleep mode (DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE)

Hi, I made an account on here to try and solve my BSOD issue. I'm running Windows 7 Pro x64 on a Lenovo Thinkpad T530. The laptop is less than two months old but two days ago I started having BSODs show up after the laptop has been in sleep mode for ~10 minutes. The BSOD indicates a driver power state failure, which I have searched and seems to be linked to anything from bad graphics card drivers to boot.ini problems.

Just in case, I installed new versions of all my drivers (newer than October 1st 2012 in most cases) from Lenovo's Driver Matrix site, including NVIDIA drivers (I have an NVS 5400M card) and Realtek Audio drivers. I even updated my BIOS; still no luck solving the problem. If anyone can look at my logs and try to point me in the right direction I'd be very appreciative.

Welcome to SevenForums

The BSOD was caused by older drivers of your RICOH SD/MMC Driver. Look for a possible driver update from Driver Reference Table

But first delete remnants of their older drivers using Driver Sweeper

Thanks for the reply! I downloaded Driver Sweeper, but it won't identify any drivers made by RICOH? I can't seem to remove them. Should I remove them manually (if that's possible) and if so, how can I tell which drivers are SD/MMC and which are "General Storage Volume" etc?

Thanks again for the response. I'm sorry to frustrate you, but I still can't find the RICOH drivers on my Device Manager :(

I did. There aren't any drivers that I need on their website; however I managed to find them on Lenovo's driver matrix. I installed them and restarted, but the issue still persists.

I managed to delete the driver using an uninstaller program (Mirekusoft) and since then I haven't had a blue screen. I'm going to wait a few more times to make sure the blue screen error is resolved and then make a system restore point and attempt to install the RICOH drivers again from Lenovo's website.
