Hello all,
I am new here :)
Sorry for my english..

I had a bluescreen 3-4 times, and I downloaded the "WinDbg" from microsoft.
The analyze showed the problem is in "NETIO.SYS".

What should I do?
Will uploading the minidump file will help?

Could you zip up the minidump file and attach it to your next post?

There are some experts here at diagnosing the dump files.

Thanks,
Karl

Welcome MaoR!

First, the Windows.old folder can be deleted. There is a trick to it, however. You can't just send it to the recycle bin. See this tutorial: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/19151-windows-old-folder-delete.html

Now, for the BSOD. It looks like your network driver Rt86win7.sys is causing the issue. I recommend updating your network drivers in Device Manager.

I also believe AVG might have something to do with it. Uninstall AVG completely, and install Microsoft Security Essentials instead.

Be sure to run AVG's removal tool after uninstalling AVG from Programs and Features: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/avg_arv_sup_____.dir/avgremoverx64.exe

Let us know how it works out.

Hello,

1) Try updating your network driver. Seems you have Realtek ones. Go to their website and download the latest.

2) Are you using AVG? Try switching to MSE or another AV of your choice.

MaoR,

If this is a computer from a computer manufacturer as opposed to a self-built system, then go to the manufacturer's website to check for the latest drivers for your system. A manufacturer may have a later version which has not yet been thru all of the machinations than Microsoft goes thru.

If the manufacturer does not list a new version, then you might want to check with the card manufacturer for a new driver. That will be the very latest but will not have been thoroughly tested by the computer manufacturer for compatibility with your computer.

I would be happy if you could find me the newest driver, because I didn't find.. something is wierd in the "realtek.com" web site..

Definitely looks like your network adapter drivers.

Uninstall the Realtek network drivers in Programs and Features.

Also, in Device Manager, right-click on your device and select Uninstall. Make sure it also deletes the driver software.

I deleted the current version and installed the same (cuz its the newest)
I hope it wont return.
But mabey it's not the last version and the Driver Genius software has the newest?
here is a picture..
And should I install those 25 unupdated drivers? cuz I am a bit afraid to deal with system drivers.
Thank you.
