BSOD in windows 7

I'd say don't mess around with your network drivers until you determine whether they work or not.

I often tell people that the latest nVidia drivers for my card have issues, and the September drivers Windows Update finds work best.

Johnathan, the BSOD returened again
I am hopeless.. I am 90% sure it happens when I download something (maybe when I download lots of things together).
Please try to help me.

Still network adapter drivers. Download an older version of the driver, and then uninstall your current ones in Device Manager. Without rebooting, install the package you just downloaded.
