New owner-built windows 7 64 bit machine for restaurant Point of Sale.

Everything had been working fine until we went live with the new system today. Then it started crashing with increasing frequency until now where it crashes as soon as Windows starts normally.

Safe mode works. From Safe Mode, we uninstalled the Chargepath client and server programs (server was just installed yesterday, and we guessed that might have some role in the problem). However, that didn't help, and things continued to get worse.

What else? ...oh, opened up the tower and verified all RAM sticks seated properly in the motherboard. All drives, connections, etc. are good.

Boot from DVD, windows DVD found nothing to repair in Windows install and disk check was fine.

Here's the most recent BSOD:

K. Time sensitive operations here, so I'm just gonna do a full wipe and reinstall of everything, operating under the assumption it isn't a hardware issue, since safe mode works fine.

Reinstallation failed partway through (tried two different Windows disks). Tried another hard drive, and it still failed. Pulled out 2 of 4 2G sticks of RAM...success. Bad RAM.
