BSoD - IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hello guys, I'm having a serious problem with my computer. I'm getting a lot of BSoD's, sometimes completely random, but mostly associated with using the Opera browser (especially with flash games). I can't surf the internet for more that a few minutes (I'm writing this post in notepad). The BSoD's are mostly IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (followed by stop:0x0000000A), PFN_LIST_CORRUPT (but this one may not be associated with the issue) and yesterday I got "A driver has overrun a stack-based buffer" (but only once, when I played "Dungeons" game). I've looked up this issue on the forums but I can't seem to find the source of it. I already reinstalled Opera, flash. I've scanned my computer with Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware, Widows Defender and Norton so that I could exclude viruses and such - and they didn't find anything. I used programs for cleaning up the registry (Glary Utilities). I also run memtest and that windows memory testing utility - no errors.

And now comes more weird part. I finally took the mobo, CPU and memory to the vendor that sold them to me (I've had very similar symptoms some time ago, and they found out that the mobo and memory were faulty, so they replaced them - everything was OK for a few months, till now). But this time they said that everything was ok - so I tried them at home and they seemed to work fine (during the few days they were testing the parts I gave them, I used my old ones - C2D e6420, 1gb OCZ RAM, Asus p5B mobo - and everything was OK [except low performance]). At least for a few days. During this time nothing was changed in my computer, and now the BSoD's are back, and their frequency increases daily.

My config:
Windows 7 Home 64-bit
AMD Phenom x4 955BE
4GB RAM
Radeon HD 6850 (MSI)
Asus m4a77td Pro mobo
Tagan Superrock 600W
Samsung HDD
Edimax Wireless PCI card

Solutions that I've tried (and they didn't work):
Reinstalling Opera
Reinstalling Flash
Using Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware, Windows Defender, Norton
Checking with CHDSK/scannow
Using registry cleaners
Testing the memory with Memtest and windows memory testing utility
Plugging and unplugging eerything in the computer (including mobo)
Cleaning everything inside the case from dust
Updated BIOS
Updated graphics drivers

I'm running out of ideas :( Can anyone help me with this issue?

Hello,

As a first step, uninstall Daemon Tools; it uses SPTD, which causes BSOD appearing to be hardware-related. Remove SPTD itself with this tool, after Daemon Tools is gone: http://www.duplexsecure.com/download/SPTDinst-v174-x64.exe

Update your ATK0110 driver; found in the utilities section here: http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?model=P7P55D LE&os=30&SLanguage=en-us
Code:
ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005 (42476C4C)
Two crashes were while CCC was the task on top; that could indicate a graphics problem. Uninstall CCC, and install only the graphics driver.

You have my most sincere thanks for your reply good sir :) After uninstalling Daemon Tools and its SPTD everything seems to be fine (no crashes, I'm also going to remove Catalyst Control Center too). I'm gonna give it a few days to see if no BSoD's come up so the issue could be considered as resolved

The BSoD's are back, luckily they are much less frequent now (in fact, there always -after starting up the system for the first time in a day - appears one, then the computer reboots, and after that it's fine. The minidumps are attached.

I have followed your instructions Jonathan_King, - the daemon tools and it's SPTD are gone, the catalyst control center is gone as well (replaced with drivers only). The ATK0110 driver seems to be updated - the one I downloaded from the asus support page says that mine is up-to-date.

Remove Symantec, according to these directions: http://us.norton.com/support/dtree_installation.jsp?selected_nav=3&id=installation&pvid=a

Replace it with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

If BSODs persist, run driver verifier: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

OK, so I've tried removing Norton (I've replaced it with Comodo), I've also used the Norton Power Eraser from your link (it didn't find anything), and the problem still persists.

As for the driver verifier tool, I've tried it even before my first post but the only thing it did was triggering an endless BSoD loop which I've managed to end with turning the verifier off in the safe mode.

I attach the most recent minidumps, but it seems like I'll just have to reinstall the system. I was hoping it wouldn't come to this...

It is doubtful that reinstalling Windows will do the trick; it seems as if this is a hardware problem.

Could you try running Furmark?

Also, run all three Prime95 tests: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html

OK so I was free from this menace for about two weeks, and the BSOD's are back (again). I even reinstalled my OS, to no avail. The minidumps are attached, but I can't imagine that it would be caused by something software-related - the system is fresh this time.

I also got a silly question - could it be caused by an old pci wifi card (although it works fine, but hell - something definetely must be wrong). Also now, when I play graphically intense games (like Assassin's Creed Brotherhood or DA:2 on ultra details) the display sometimes freezes, and then resets - and the game continues (sometimes not).

The recent bluescreen occured when I was doing NOTHING - I was enjoying one of my wallpapers, almost no processes were running.

It looks like I'll be paying my vendor another visit...

The stress tests on both CPU and GPU were completed without any problems

I would say it is your old wireless adapter, they do seem to a bit iffy with 64 bit Windows I see it is a Edimax one, I have a usb adapter which works flawlessly on 64bit Windows 7 it is this...

I don't see anything in the dumps relating to a network card problem. Of course it can't hurt to remove it for testing purposes.

Since you mentioned an issue with graphically intensive games, I will point out that two of the dumps blamed your ATI display drivers.

I'll skip trying to break this to you gently for the sake of emphasis: your PSU is junk. It claims to provide 600W, but that is doubtful. With your hardware, you are pushing that number anyway.

It's also fully possible the PSU was the cause of the motherboard/CPU failure. I recommend you purchase this quality 750W Corsair PSU: Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply

I've just ordered it - CORSAIR 750W CMPSU-750TXEU - I presume that "EU" stands for European Union version? I should have it today and I'll report on the issue as soon as I test it.

BTW, I have always thought that Tagan is a respectable brand. It belongs to the "higher-middle class" PSU's in my country :)

UPDATE
I've looked up the forum and found a topic which describes very similar issue (I'd even say that it is exactly the same) - it is http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/145612-help-please-multiple-bsod-w7-64-a.html.

I also checked plugging the wifi card off - it didn't help. The new PSU is ordered, but before i buy it I'll take my PC to the vendor - let them do their magic, something definitely must be failing...

Hello again, it has been some time since my last post, but the problem still persists.

I'll try to describe what happened during this time as it may give a hint to someone about what is wrong with my machine.

1. I've taken my computer to the service (again), they kept it for a few days and told me that everything was fine (again) except for the graphics card.
2. At home I discovered that the bluescreens have stopped. For 2 weeks I could finally use my computer without the constant fear of the BSoD's, and then I left for a short holiday. When I got back - and turned the computer on - BSoD's attacked again. (This is something I just can't understand, how is that even possible?)
3. Remembering what the man from the computer service told me I took the GPU to it's vendor for repairs, waited 3 weeks until they finally replaced it for a new one, brought it back home. For 3 days everything was fine, and the errors are showing up again.
4. Being totally clueless now I try what I can to somehow bypass the problem, like decreasing the frequency of the RAM (from 1333 to 1067), it helps for 1 day, and than it's the same story. Reinstalling the graphics drivers helped for the same amount of time. Everything I try removes the problem for no longer than 1-3 days.

As I'm 99% sure that everything is fine with the hardware, I only have a few guesses now (I'm desperate, I know some of them may lack any sense at all):

a) Is it possible that the source of all this is that some parts of the rig are incompatible? Like the mobo disliking my GPU?
b) Maybe the power strip is failing? Mine is about 10 years old and it's making a silent noise when on.

The minidumps are attached, though I doubt they will be of any help.

Have you received the new PSU yet?

It sounds like this is a hardware issue, could you run each of the three Prime95 tests again?

I'm getting this,too.

How do you read these dump files? I haven't added any new hardware. Also, I'm unable to open this file. It's telling me that I don't have permission and I'm the administrator! I tried to get around it by copying to the desktop then it tells me that the file is invalid
