Persistent BSOD dxgmms1.sys, IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and more

I've had a persistent BSOD error while gaming, in particular War3 Frozen Throne on Garena Plus, or multiple browser tabs with video streaming (youtube)

Packard Bell EN TK81
Processor: AMD Phenom II N970 Quad Core 2.2 Ghz
Memory: 6 GB DDR3
Video card: AMD RADEON HD 6550M
System: Windows 7 home premium

Attached are around 40 mini dump files and whatever else the SF tool gets, I would really appreciate some help on the matter.
Updated several and different drivers for the video card as I've read that this might be the issue. I unistall the old and place the new one always, try and then backup, and so far the error still exist.
Also I've read that overheating might be a problem, so I am monitoring the temperature of the laptop and use a cooling pad with fan when gaming, and the error still occurs.

I would really appreciate your help on this matter, I got this laptop as a cheaper solution for gaming while in college and so far it has been more than frustrating.

Checked 4 of your latest BSODs. All are different.

• SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (BugCheck 1000007E)
• NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM (BugCheck 24)
• SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (BugCheck 3B)
• IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (BugCheck A)

So it is not possible to find any pattern there. And as all those are happening within such a short time interval, it is giving a smell of hardware issue.

Before doing anything else, revert back from all overclocks, if you have overclocked any hardware. And test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

If Memtest comes free from errors, we will start further troubleshooting.
