Solved BSOD irql not less or equal [ntoskrnl.exe]

Hey guys, i got some BSOD trouble since 4 weeks.... for my specs see the Files i attached.

First i want tell you how i already tried to solve the issues.

1. I thought it was caused by my new gtx 760. But got the Same issues on my older Gtx 285.
2. I reinstalled Windows 7 x64 completley new.
3. I did Run Memtest 8 Hours. Just 1 Error ->b8f7gd0 - b8f77da (memtest wasnt able to write there)
-> 2nd time i run memtest about 6 hours. No error so far.

Dunno if those maybe have take work, cuz i didnt have time to test since this much.
3. I tried uninstall and reinstalled my Networkcard.
4. Now i tried to get my Soundblaster USB card away+ uninstall the driver +ractivated my realtek onboard soundcard.

Thats what i did so far. maybe something to add. temperatures are constant below 80°C(on full load)@ gpu and cpu. [shouldn't be the issue for i7-920 and the gtx 285/gtx 760]

ok seems to be solved(i think the USB Soundblaster X-FI made the trouble.)
