Bsod - irql_gt_zero_at_system_service

I've been getting BSOD's while watching online streams, specifically from veetle.com.

They are all IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE's.

Attached are my crash dumps.

Please help... thanks in advance!

Edit: I would like to add that I haven't had any problems with this configuration until I upgraded to W7 (from XP Pro SP3).

I suspect your ZoneAlarm. Please uninstall the ZoneAlarm software to see if this is the case.

Also, please update this driver: ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005
It belongs to the Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility - but is also found in the PCProbe and AISuite utilities

If this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please post back and we'll run Driver Verifier with some special settings.
