BSOD - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - ntoskrnl.exe

I have attached the zip file of the BSOD. This is a fresh windows 7 home premium x64 install, with absolutely no files, drivers, programs of any kind except speedfan and bluescreenview. Crystal Disk Info says the hard drive is healthy, and memtest 86+ says the 2 new sticks of ram I just replaced the old, corrupted sticks with is error-free.

Help!
