I've had this issue for perhaps 2 weeks or so now, and it only happens while playing an intensive game. What I mean by intensive is basically any game made in the past 2-3 years (perhaps it's ALL games, I only play games made in the 2-3 years). Flash games or indie games with no 3d graphics do not cause the BSOD. I can leave my PC on for days with no BSOD as long as I don't play the games. With games though, it can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours for the BSOD to occur but seemingly it is inevitable.

I'd tell you guys what errors I've had but they seem to vary quite a bit from the 0x00000124 to the 0x0000101.

Please check the attachment for the required info. including my PC descriptions.

Also, I'd like to preface all this by saying that I'm a complete neophyte, so if you could instruct me as if I was a child, I'd greatly appreciate that. Thanks.

In such a situation, you need to follow http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...top-0x124-what-means-what-try.html#post354696.

► At the same, time, you dont have service pack 1 installed.
Code:
[COLOR=Red]Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP [/COLOR](4 procs) Free x64
Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS[COLOR=Red]
Built by: 7600.16385.amd64fre.win7_rtm.[/COLOR]090713-1255
I'd suggest you to install Service pack 1 and all the updates.

► Though it is a Hardware related crash, these two software has great implication on hardware environment.

First off, thank you so much for your reply. I'll read all of your suggestions and proceed as instructed. Thank you for your time.

SP1 is installed. Perhaps it installed after I posted the above information (???) I checked computer--> properties, and it's stated as already being installed. I've also uninstalled the two software you suggested. I doubt AVG is the culprit as I always used Microsoft Security Essentials over AVG during the BSOD anyway.

I'll try playing some games now:p and see what happens, and report it right away. Once again, thank you for your time.
