BSOD issues - F4 error

My computer is coming up to a year old and I've been having some issues with BSOD, please find the specs below and any help would be greatly appreciated.
Processor: i7-4790k Not OC'd
Mobo: Z97S SLI KRAIT EDITION
RAM: Corsair Vengence 2400Mhz CL11 XMP Graphics Card: Nvidia Quadra 4000 - Currently not installed as I thought this was causing the issue, but issue keeps persisting.
PSU: EVGA 500b
HDD: Kingston 240SSD + Samsung 1TB (pretty old)
OS: Win 7 same issue with Win10 to a lesser degree, since upgrading to Win 7 the error is more common.
Background: Issue occurs when the PC has been on for extended periods of time. Also occasionally happens when the computer has been put into sleep state and even then I've found the computer to have blue screened through the night even when it was put to sleep.

Please run the DM Log Collector again and upload it, your zip is missing all files but dumps.

Please make sure the firmware of your SSD is up to date.

Please check MSI for BIOS updates.

Please visit Windows Update, check for updates and check that all updates are properly installed, and thus no errors are occuring, if any is found where the exception is there for Windows 10 (don't install the Windows 10 update)

Please install a program like Speccy or HWMonitor to monitor the temperatures.
Please let me know what the temperatures are at idle & under load.

Diagnostics Test

Please try following:

• Open an admin command prompt
• Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
• When it finished reboot your system
• Open again an admin command prompt
• Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

SSD Firmware is up to date.
there was a BIOS update and windows updates all up to do date, seemed to get better for a few days but Ive since had 3 '7a' bluescreens in 2 days... (Ive only ever seen 'F4' BSODs before now) i've uploaded DM log again in case there was 2 issues and one is now fixed from the bios update.

System file check resulted in the following:
"Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

i ran a high res render but didnt see any temp rise much higher than a degree over these figures

Lets run the tests for the most occuring cause with 0xF4 & 0x7A, this combination with no dumps are indications towards the hard drive.

Diagnostics Test

 HDD TEST

Run SeaTools to check the integrity of your HDD. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 Help Forums
Run following tests

1. Short Drive Self Test
2. Short generic
3. Long generic

If the short generic fails, no need for the long generic.

   Note

Do not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

Run chkdsk

Run HDTune to

• scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
• check the health,
• benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following

• the error scan,
• the health,
• the benchmark incl. following
  • transfer rate,
  • access time,
  • burst rate,
  • cpu usage.
