I have one BSOD that may occur when uploading my smartphone through usb cable or could also be when I recharge my mocreo lamp through usb port.

I tried installing a hotfix for this from windows but it said not applicable for my pc.

The other BSOD may be caused by Nvidea or more likely the Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter which I disabled.

But I'm not sure of all this. Can you confirm what causes these 2 type of crashes?

Sorry for that. It worked fine the last time I tried it but now I've tried it several times with many programs off like avira or my firewall but still it doesn't zip the info it has collected. The Zip always ends up empty.

If I zip all the minidumps manually will this suffice? Or what info must I collect manually?

Also can I enable full memory dump without having a pagefile that is the same size as my maximum memory? I got 24GB but don't want to have a pagefile of this size. I got a pagefile of 1GB on C drive and and other one of 18GB on a empty partition made for storing that pagefile on it. This partition is on an other drive then the windows c drive.

Only dump files is not enough.
Please try rebooting and then use the tool again, if you haven't tried it already.

Information about memory dumps.

Here is some info I copied from the tool before it made the empty zip file.

is it enough to go by to debug the issue? Or should I try and copy more of it before it makes the zip?

More files would be nice, there are about 14 files still missing.

Please remove ASUS software, these software is known for causing BSOD's.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

  1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
  2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
    • Double click the executable to open it
    • Click on the button shown below

34700d1440923396-bsod-0x124-whea_uncorrectable_error-nothing-works-a887c9d9e7.png

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

In case of
If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:

Removed Daemon Tools.

The button is not grayed out for me, it detected an old install, should I hit uninstall and remove it?

I updated my nvidea drivers hopefully that fixes it.

I will remove ASUS but the issue is I've had prior to these two BSOD causes very little crashes while using ASUS software.

You could be right but for now I'm not going to remove the asus software.

Will also keep an eye out for the NetWorx application.

Please read the instructions about the sptd driver.

It is your call, I am only saying that it is known for causing BSOD's and for that it is recommended to remove it.

I got an other BSOD while being in sleep mode and waking up automatically for a task from a program. I was not at the screen when the BSOD occured.

I think its NVidea that caused it but I'm not sure, can you verify the cause? Then I could try uninstalling and re-installing or something.

I've updated some stuff as I mentioned before and this is a BSOD cause I only have when waking up from sleep mode.

I am not sure what the top of the hosts file does, but remove the Adobe bypass before we continue.
