Hey guys, I have a client that was having problems with her machine crashing.

Brand new Dell Optiplex 380, Intel Core 2 Duo 3Ghz, 4GB, Win7 Pro 64 Bit, Intel Graphics.

Running Vipre Antivirus, Mozy Online Backup, and variety of other programs (Word 2003, Office 2010, HotDocs)

I formatted the machine the other day as she was having problems originally, so I decided to wipe the preloaded image and start over. Today (1 day later) she was having problem connecting remotely using Logmein Pro.

WhoCrashed:

On Fri 4/22/2011 2:33:12 PM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: cdd.dll (cdd+0xDC51)
Bugcheck code: 0x50 (0xFFFFF900C74527A0, 0x0, 0xFFFFF960006BDC51, 0x0)
Error: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
file path: C:\Windows\system32\cdd.dll
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: Canonical Display Driver
Bug check description: This indicates that invalid system memory has been referenced.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.

I attached the memory dump, but I have been beating my head on this.

Was going to remove Vipre for a week and see how it goes but I haven't had any issue with this AV before

Your RaInfo.sys, part of LogMeIn seems to be the cause. Please remove this software

Same thing is happening after logmein has been uninstalled. Put GoToMyPC on it.

cdd.dll is what Who Crashed says.

I attached the dmp files again.

Any help guys? We are now having this happen on 3 Dell Optiplex 380.
